About the Dietitians

Gina Levy

Gina has worked with some of Australia's largest food companies including McDonalds Australia New Zealand, Nestle and Weight Watchers advising them on strategic brand direction, new product development, regulatory affairs and trust bank communications. Gina has had extensive experience with food regulations, in particular nutrition labelling and nutrition-related claims. 

Susie Burrell

Susie Burrell is a qualified dietitian with psychology training. Susie is currently one Australia’s leading childhood obesity dietitian’s, practicing from The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Susie sits on the NSW Health Overweight and Obesity Services Advisory Group, representing paediatric dietitians’ across the state. Susie has varied food industry experience having worked with a number of food companies including Arnott’s and George Weston Foods and has consulted to some of Australia’s leading food companies including PepsiCo, Coco Cola and UniLever on a range of paediatric nutrition issues.
